The Holt Hotel boasts a number of meeting and event spaces which can be customised for a variety of events.
From 1:1 interviews to theatre style presentations for 150 delegates, we are able to cater to your needs. There is free parking for up to 200 cars and free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
We offer special day delegate rates for conferences as well as conference and accommodation packages.
In addition to the event rooms that we have listed below, we have additional spaces within the hotel which can be used for conference or break-out areas.
The Cherwell Room is the largest of our conference rooms and the perfect space for larger company conferences, wedding receptions and other events. The room is air conditioned and has its own bar and toilets. Should additional space be required, the room extends into the restaurant area via partitioning doors.
Our newly refurbished Churchill Room overlooks our beautiful courtyard garden and is a bright and airy space. With a 90 inch projector screen and 65 inch TV, it is the ideal room for a business conference or meeting.
The Marlborough Room is full of character and historic charm with its wooden beam framing the room. There is plenty of light with windows overlooking our garden area. This space is perfect for meetings up to 20 people.
As well as being licensed for civil ceremonies, The Aston Room is also the perfect space for conferences. The room located on the ground floor has natural light and easy access to our garden area, as well as coloured lighting and in-built Bluetooth speakers.
