Room Information

The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Dial ‘0’. The fax machine is located behind the reception desk.

Dial ‘0’ for Reception immediately or ‘9’ 999 from your room phone. Please notify reception if you have placed a 999 call.

Please familiarise yourself with the fire notice on the back of your bedroom door. Should the alarm sound at any time during your stay, please exit the Hotel at the nearest exit and meet at the Assembly Point, which is situated in the Front Car Park just outside reception. Any guest with hearing, sight or mobility difficulties must inform Reception.

*Please note, that for your safety a testing of the fire alarms is carried out every Friday between 11:00am and 13:00pm

In case of an accident, please inform the nearest member of staff or Reception who will arrange for the designated First Aider to assist.

Please contact reception. The Hotel does not have a resident doctor, although there is a local doctor on call 24 hours a day. Basic First Aid supplies are available from reception and several of the Hotel staff is trained in First Aid

Checkout time is by 11.00am. Please note, that guests will be charged for late departures if prior arrangements have not been made at Reception. If you wish to extend your stay, please contact reception.

During your stay here, we ask that you leave your room key at Reception when you leave the Hotel and collect it upon return. Please hand your room key in at the reception desk when you check out.

All accounts must be paid on departure and can only be set up with a valid credit or debit card on file. If you require a copy of your VAT bill, we can provide this on departure. If you have a query regarding your account or bill, please inform reception as soon as possible. Guests staying in the Hotel for periods exceeding one week are asked to settle their outstanding balance on a weekly basis.

 

All incoming mail is held at reception. Outgoing mail may be left at reception for posting or we have a Letter Box located just outside the main reception doors should you wish to post anything. If you require stamps, these can be purchased from reception.

If you require assistance with your luggage or would like your luggage to be stored, please contact reception.

There is no charge for parking during your stay. Additional parking is available at the rear of the Hotel. Guests should also be aware not to leave any valuables in their cars, as the Hotel is not liable for any losses from or damage to their contents in the car park.

The Hotel cannot be held responsible for loss of valuables unless items are deposited into one our safes. See Reception for details.

It is strongly recommended that all items of value should be left in the Hotel safe rather than left in your room. Your attention is drawn to the notice in reception regarding the Hotel Proprietors Act 1956. For additional Bedroom security please use the chain provided on the back of the Bedroom door.

The Hotel bedrooms have a telephone in each but is solely for in house use for contacting Reception which you can do by dialling ‘0’.

If you are having problems receiving channels on your television, please try the following before contacting reception. On your remote control, press the “Menu” button, select the source list option, and change this to DTV. If problems persist, please contact reception.

Pets are welcome to visit and to stay in the Hotel. We have designated rooms allocated for your pet and you to get a good night’s sleep. Pets must be arranged at the time of booking. We charge a pet fee of £15.00 per pet, per night.

Our Night Porter is on duty from 11.00pm every night. For security reasons the Hotel front door is locked from 11.30pm but an illuminated doorbell can be found to the right of the door, which will alert the Night Porter.  To contact the Night Porter, you can dial direct on: 01869867193.

A hair dryer can be found either wall mounted next to the desk or in the desk drawer itself. For use of wall mounted hairdryers – Select the speed you desire by pressing and holding down one of the control buttons. For others – Plug into a mains socket and switch ‘on’. Select the desired setting on control panel on hairdryer.

Should you find that you require any extra toiletries, please contact Reception.

If you would like a Newspaper delivered to your room, please contact reception. These are chargeable at the current price and the service is complementary.

Complimentary facilities are available in your room. Should you require additional supplies, please contact Reception.

All areas inside this Hotel are Non-Smoking. Smoking areas outside the Hotel are in the Courtyard or outside the front of hotel where cigarette bins are provided. Please contact reception for any lost property.

This Hotel has Free Wi-Fi. To use this service, please enter ‘guest’ in lower case as the login password. If you have any trouble logging in, please contact the reception desk.

Should you require a wakeup call during your stay, please pick up your handset and dial 18 then the time you would like to wake in 2400 format then put the hand set back down.
